Berea Academy is a Christian Organization. Specifically, we:
All staff members, members of the Board of Directors, and regular adult volunteers are required to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as our Savior.
We come from many different denominations and practices to express our faith. We view these differences as an opportunity to learn from one another and grow in our own spiritual walk. Our commonality is Jesus. Our example is Jesus. We work towards community and relationship.
God is present in our classrooms because He is ever present in our lives.
At Berea Academy, students do not need to be Christian. Many of our students are practicing Christians and join us at Jesus’ feet, but not all. We believe that part of the vision for Berea Academy is to shine out into the world. God has given us a light and it is our responsibility to allow the light to pass through an open door.
