Student Application

Admissions Info:

Berea Academy is an application based program. Our application process gives us a chance to get to know your family and student, while also giving you a chance to get to know us. After your application is received, you will be contacted to walk through the next steps. When possible, we schedule a campus visit, meeting with potential teachers, or even a review of the curriculum. Each application process is different, based on each individual family’s needs. Due to the individual needs of each student, we require an application for each student interested in classes at Berea Academy. There is a $10 fee per applicant for processing. Once the application process has been nearly completed, the final step is for prayerful discernment. We ask you to talk with your family and prayerfully seek guidance if Berea Academy is the best fit for your student. Berea has a dedicated prayer team to do the same. We consider each applicant as an individual within their family network. For a family currently enrolled and wishing to add additional siblings to classes, an application is the first step. If we determine that we are not qualified or equipped to meet the needs of your student, we will do our best to help you locate needed resources and services to help you be successful on your home school journey. At Berea Academy, we want you to find the right homeschooling resource.

Enrollment is a separate action from application. Once your application has been processed and you have been accepted to Berea Academy, you will receive enrollment instructions by email.

Applications are a one time fee. After you have been accepted to Berea Academy and enrolled in a class you will not need to apply again, although we will ask you to update any pertinent information. If you apply to Berea Academy and do not enroll in any classes during the current school year, that application will expire at the end of the school year, and should you desire to take classes in a future academic year you will be required to re-apply.
