Prior to Closing Enrollment, 100% of the tuition cost will be refunded, minus transaction processing fees and $10 cancellation fee per event.
After enrollment closes to the end of business day of the first Friday, 50% of the tuition cost will be refunded, minus transaction processing fees and $10 cancellation fee per event.
After the end of business day on the first Friday, there will be no refunds.
For the 2024/2025 Enrollment process, fees for enrollment changes and withdrawals are $10 per event from May 27, 2024 – August 23, 2024, to be withheld from refund or billed as necessary.
Refunds are given by check and mailed to the home address provided. Materials and Application fees are non-refundable. Forced withdrawals, due to probationary or behavioral problems, do not qualify for refunds unless the withdrawal is within the stated Refund Schedule.
First Semester Refund Schedule:
August 24, 2024: 100% of tuition, minus 4% processing fees and $10 withdrawal fee per event
August 24, 2024 – end of business day September 5, 2024: 50% of tuition, minus 4% processing fees and $10 withdrawal fee per event
After the end of business day September 5, 2024, no refund is available.
Second Semester
To withdraw from a year long class at the semester break, a parent/guardian must email BereaAcademyStL@gmail.com by end of business day, December 19, 2024. Any additional communications, including phone calls, texts, or emails to instructors do not qualify as withdrawal.
Withdrawing at semester may prevent future enrollment. Each semester withdrawal will be reviewed for future enrollment recommendations.
Second Semester Refund Schedule:
End of business day, January 3, 2025: 100% of tuition, minus 4% processing fees and $10 withdrawal fee per event
January 4, 2025 – end of business day January 9, 2025: 50% of tuition, minus 4% processing fees and $10 withdrawal fee per event
After end of business day January 9, 2025, no refund is available.
Materials and Application fees are non-refundable.
